We had a fantastic stay at this hostel! The staff went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful, providing us with tips on the city and being understanding when we didn't have cash for deposits. The cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms was excellent, and the linens seemed new. The location was incredible, with easy access to transportation and within walking distance to many museums, Hyde Park, and the Royal Albert Hall.

I had an amazing stay at this hostel! The location was perfect - right in the heart of the city, adjacent to a metro station and just a short walk from the bus station. Being so centrally located, I had easy access to attractions like the Natural History Museum, Science Museum, and Imperial College.
Nothing bad to say.
We loved staying at this hostel for several reasons. the room was small but charming, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially cozy, and the room had its own bathroom for added convenience. It was also very clean, which we appreciated. Additionally, the location of the hostel was fantastic. It was very close to Hyde Park, which was perfect for a leisurely stroll. We were also within walking distance of two tube stations, making it easy to explore the city. Moreover, we were amazed at how close we were to the Albert music hall, as we could literally see it from our window. Lastly, the staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly Jeff and Rapha. They made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.
Nothing to dislike.

The hostel was conveniently close to bus stops, making it easy to explore the city. The cleanliness of the facilities was impressive, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Additionally, the breakfast provided was sufficient, with a good selection of cereals and toast. the hotel's location close to public transport and popular attractions made it a great place to stay.
Can't fault the property in any way.
