The hotel had very polite and attentive staff, and its location was really close to Tate Modern, which allowed me to enjoy the Tate late Friday eve event. The hotel facilities were clean and there were plenty of things going on. The breakfast offered a wonderful spread of options and the staff was accommodating.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

Everything was spot on.
We loved the hotel's modern and arty design, which created a unique and vibrant atmosphere. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was superb, with easy access to the Tate Modern and central London. We also appreciated the proximity to Borough Market and a variety of delicious food options. The transportation options were excellent, with a short walk to the tube station that allowed us to reach most of London's attractions in just a few stops. The staff were fantastic, providing exceptional service and making us feel welcome during our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing, very helpful and informative. The check-in process was cool and the room felt personalized with a welcome message on the TV and iPad. The beds and pillows were incredibly fluffy, giving us the best night's sleep. We loved being able to control the blinds and curtains through the iPad. The location of the hotel was great, very close to the Tate Modern and within walking distance to St Paul's Cathedral and other tourist attractions. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the lobby area was comfortable and relaxed. The staff were friendly and helpful.
