We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was superb, with easy access to both Queensway and Bayswater underground stations. It was also conveniently located near bus stops and the surrounding area had plenty of local shops and pubs. The room was beautiful, with a comfy bed and a tidy bathroom. We were pleasantly surprised by the basement room, which had no window but had a dimmable wall light panel that kept out street noise. The staff were pleasant and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel facilities were great, with air conditioning that worked well despite the unusually high temperatures during our stay. we had a great experience and would definitely choose to stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect as it was close to two Tube stations, making it easy for us to explore this city. Additionally, it was conveniently located near a very nice park, which was great for leisurely strolls. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the amazing shower that we absolutely loved. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel was near major tourist attractions in the city.

The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was very close to two tube stations, making it easy for us to explore the city. Additionally, there were plenty of places to eat nearby, and a little Waitrose around the corner for any essentials we needed. The staff at the hotel were also very helpful and accommodating.
