The location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was right in the center of all the attractions we wanted to visit and just a short walk away from the river and the metro. We were also thrilled to find out that it was within walking distance to the Savoy theatre, making it convenient for us to catch a show. The hotel itself was very clean and the facilities were excellent. The staff were extremely polite and professional, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, assisting us with maps and arranging taxis. The location was perfect, close to all the West End shows and Covent Garden. The hotel was spotless and had great facilities. We also enjoyed the good breakfast with many options.

Can't fault the property in any way.
We loved the convenient location of this hotel - it was easy to locate from Covent Garden tube station and close to the West End theatres. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the clean and well-equipped gym. The staff were friendly and helpful, allowing us to store our luggage before check-in and guiding us to a taxi on our departure day. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options.
