We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from 2-3 tube stations and close to Hyde Park. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they allowed us to store our luggage before check-in. The transportation options were convenient, with the hotel being near the underground Queensway tube station. the hotel offered great value for money.
