I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was in great shape, and the staff members were incredibly friendly. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, exceeding my expectations for a budget hotel. The location was perfect for attending events at Excel and for visiting this city. Being close to London City Airport made it very convenient for my travels. Additionally, the hotel facilities were impressive, with amenities like a sensor under the bed that automatically lit a low light when I got up at night, a smart TV with built-in chromecast, and a room on my floor to iron my clothes. I was also pleasantly surprised by the welcome cocktail and complimentary croissant I received on arrival, as well as the cucumber-infused water provided. The late check-out option until 12pm was a great perk as well.
For us, there were no negative aspects to mention.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel facilities were just as expected and well worth the cost. The staff were friendly and accommodating, understanding our needs and providing an early check-in. The location was super convenient, being close to the DLR station and just a short walk from the nearest train station.

The rooms were surprisingly spacious and practically soundproof, providing a peaceful haven after a long day of sightseeing. The beds were soft and the shower pressure was great. The hotel was conveniently located, very close to the Excel and Docklands, as well as the City airport. It was also just a short walk from the DLR station. The staff at the hotel were fantastic, making our stay extra special, especially for our daughter's 18th birthday. They were helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our happiness.
