We had a great stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Paddington station and right next to Hyde Park. It was convenient for us as we wanted to explore the city and the hotel's proximity to multiple tube lines made it easy for us to get around. Additionally, there were plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, so we never had to worry about finding a place to eat. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive and the room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure we had a pleasant stay.
There was nothing we didn't like.

We loved how quiet and cozy the room was, despite the building work next door. The staff kindly accommodated us early, even though we arrived 6 hours before check-in. The hotel's cleanliness was outstanding. Moreover, the location was perfect, with the hotel being close to the Royal Albert Hall, two train stations within walking distance, the Italian Gardens in Hyde Park, Lancaster Gate Metro station. The breakfast was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a good shower. The hotel staff were very helpful and even offered to carry our bags to the room. The location was excellent, within walking distance of Paddington station, pubs and restaurants, Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, and Notting Hill. We also found it easy to walk to Oxford Street and the shops. we highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, helpful staff, and convenient location.
