We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, right in front of the musical of the Phantom of the Opera. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, from the rooms to the pool area. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful pool and impressive gym. The breakfast was unbelievably fantastic and the staff were friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a junior suite and received a lovely birthday surprise for my daughter. The hotel's design and decor added a sense of luxury, with beautiful fabrics, furnishings, and wallpaper in the restaurant.

The hotel's location was superb for shopping and sightseeing, right in the very center of the city on a busy Sunday afternoon. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities, including the stunning swimming pool, were top-notch. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast options were varied and delicious.
