We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were really friendly and accommodating, especially in the bar. They even made cocktails that were not on the menu! The hotel was really clean and modern, and the rooms had good facilities including wifi and TV. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything we had planned to do, especially the theatres.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the center of the city, very close to Covent Garden tube station. The staff went beyond and above to make our stay memorable. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about the hotel and attractions locally. The cleanliness of the hotel was to a high standard, and the hotel facilities, especially the rooftop bar, were great. The location was perfect, right next to numerous theaters and within walking distance to everything we had booked to go to.
