We loved the hotel's superb location, with easy access to two underground stations and close proximity to central London. The area around the hotel had great places to explore and enjoy. The attention to detail and cleanliness of the hotel were impressive, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The staff, especially Julien at reception, were polite, accommodating, and made us feel welcome. the hotel provided excellent facilities and hospitality that exceeded our expectations.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, just a 10-minute walk from the train station. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with lovely, modern, and clean rooms. The cleanliness was exceptional, especially the high standard bathroom. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and polite, always smiling and wishing us a good day. The hotel's 24/7 reception was a great convenience, and the staff at check-in and check-out were pleasant and willing to assist. The hotel offered everything we needed and more. The proximity to restaurants, bars, and public transportation made it easy to explore the city.

The staff were excellent, allowing us to leave our baggage on our early arrival and check in early. The hotel is really well situated with a short walk to nearby Victoria tube and amenities. The room was renovated and very clean, with a comfortable bed and a big TV. It had heaters to keep us warm and cozy. We appreciated the shampoo, shower gel, kettle, tea, coffee, and sugar provided. The room had hangers for clothing and a few drawers for storage. The location was central, right next to Pimlico and Victoria underground stations. Additionally, there were plenty of coffee shops and restaurants close by.

The hotel had a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options including warm croissants, ham, cheese, eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was directly in front of the 24 Bus line and only a couple minutes walk from Pimlico Station, providing easy transportation to popular attractions like parliament Westminster river cruise bridge or Battersea park.
