The hotel had a luxury boutique feel. Very clean with helpful staff. Location close to Paddington easy access to tube and buses. Breakfast was great. The staff, especially Lucian, were friendly and engaging.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk from Paddington station and Kensington Park. This made it very convenient for exploring the city and enjoying Winter Wonderland. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities provided were top-notch. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including a delicious full English breakfast and a selection of cereals, pastries, and fruit juice. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and quality of this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and had plenty of room for our luggage. The shower was roomy and drained well. The location was perfect, as it was close to two tube stations and Hyde Park. We also appreciated the included breakfast and the option to pay a small fee for a full English breakfast. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay. this hotel had clean facilities and provided a great experience.
Everything is what we need and want.
Cleanliness - the room was cleaned daily and towels and sheets were changed. Hotel facilities - we had everything we needed in our room, including a fridge and a safe deposit. Transportation - the hotel is conveniently located near Paddington and Lancaster Gate stations, making it easy to get around. Location for Heathrow travelers - it's just a 5-minute walk from the hotel to Paddington station, where you can catch the Heathrow Express. The breakfast was also lovely and the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful.
Almost perfect. The only downside was that the room felt a bit small and some of the furniture seemed outdated. However, this didn't detract from our overall experience.

The location was superb, with easy access to Paddington train station and Lancaster Gate underground station. Additionally, there were several nice pubs and restaurants in the nearby area.
