I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very cheerful and ready to help day and night. The room was large and extremely clean, making it one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed at. The location was great, just a couple of minutes' walk from Pimlico underground station on the Victoria line. The hotel is within walking distance of Victoria Station, which was very convenient for transportation. There were also plenty of places to eat within a 5-10 minute walk. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. this hotel provided excellent cleanliness, facilities, transportation access and a great location for exploring this city.

The rooms were clean and tidy, and the hotel offered all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent, just a couple of minutes' walk from the Pimlico underground station on the Victoria line, making it convenient to travel to other parts of the city. Moreover, the hotel was so close to the station as well as a suitable walk away from the center of this city, which was amazing. We could easily explore many attractions on foot, and for other sights, Victoria station was right there. The breakfast provided was replenished continuously, and the staff were always ready to assist.
Almost perfect. The basement room was a bit crowded and small, so it is better to get down early for breakfast.
