We had a fantastic stay at a hotel with a stunning view of the Thames and The Houses of Parliament. The elegant room had beautiful decorations and comfortable beds. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable with special surprises like rose petals on the bed and complimentary champagne. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a great swimming pool. The hotel's location near the Waterloo Underground stop was convenient for exploring the sights of London.
Almost perfect.

The views from the windows are amazing, with Big Ben, the London Eye, and the Thames right in front of you. The rooms are incredibly spacious and clean. The location is perfect, with easy access to the National Theatre, British Film Institute, and Tate Modern. The staff, especially Zandra at the concierge, are friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is delicious, and the service is outstanding.
Don't have any issues at all.
We had a truly fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable, surprising us with rose petals and complimentary champagne in our room. The room itself was perfect, recently renovated in a luxurious and modern style. We loved the little touches like being able to connect our laptop to the TV and watch movies from our own Netflix account. The hotel amenities were beautiful, and the location was central to many tourist destinations, offering a great view over the river in a tranquil location away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The friendly and welcoming staff made our stay even more enjoyable.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The location was perfect for tourists, with an easy walk distance to a lot of nice places in downtown. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Nothing not to like - everything was great.
